Dave and Tamsin started Situational HR Trainers (originally shortened to Situtrain) in 2011 and
then re-branded to Supatrain in 2015. Their combined hearts, experience and talents were logical
ingredients for a training consultancy with a difference.
Supatrain started with a vision to produce relevant and customised training in the field of HR
Management and Management Development. Opportunities presented and successfully delivered
on have resulted in an expansion of the vision which now includes material design and development,
training provider accreditation and a range of other training related services.
